Use the appropriate form of the verb (Simple, Continuous, Perfect, Passive)
1. The House of Lords (to be presided) over by the Lord Chancellor.
2. Parliament (not to be bound) to a written constitution.
3. The offences (to be classified) by the police service in London.
4. Laws in Great Britain can (to be rejected) by a simple majority.
5. The Speaker of the House of Commons (to be elected) by the members of the House at the very moment.

2. Parliament is not bound by a written Constitution.
3. Crimes are classified by the police service in London.
4. Laws in the UK may be rejected by a simple majority vote.
5. The speaker of the house of Commons will be elected as members of the house at the moment.
